We were at our original bank for 26 years, after a buyout things changed and we lost that hometown customer service. Bank of Belleville has turned that around for me and my business. Josh and Ron were fantastic getting everything transferred, JoAnn was wonderful in refinancing my home, and the weekly calls to confirm business debits are a touch you just dont get anywhere else. Last, but certainly not least, the Bank of Belleville team was instrumental in helping us apply and receive of PPP loan in such an uncertain time. Kari Weber Hard to choose just one issue. Rick is unprofessional and rude. Very slow to process paperwork, then gives last minute changes. He over charges for services. If you are a female and your business partner is male, just know he will do everything for the partner, but females are treated very poorly.
