Regions Bank - Nashville (IL)

1 /5 Ashlee Rulevish: Regions is awful & does not care about customer satisfaction. They froze my count for almost 2 months due to a check I deposited. I understand 10 day holds, not 2 months! They couldn’t even tell me why. Nobody helped me at all. Cost me lawyer fees & NO ACCESS to any of MY MONEY. Then all of a sudden it just came available. I was late on SO many bills.

Regions is a one stop shop for all of my needs: banking, car loan, mortgage, safe box, or advice! If you haven’t visited them or are looking for a new bank look no further.

5 /5 Adneema: They make banking easy here. I opened my bank account up here over 10 years ago and still use this location when I travel the country. We went in with quite the list today. Erin pulled us in her office and took care of adding/deleting people on the account, editing account information such as names and address changes, cashing a check from the IRS, and printing out a recent bank statement. It took less than 30 minutes for everything! This location always has kind, quick, and knowledgeable staff.

5 /5 Misti Rohde: Best bank and customer service.. Bigger bank with a small town feel. They are always providing financial education and willing to help as much as possibly. I wouldnt bank anywhere else.
