1 /5 Metal Defender Security: I dont know how they get away with the harrasement. They take you to court over medical bills, but will only give you the bill sor let you see them - if you contact the States Attorneys Lisa MAdigans office or Pam Zekman. on Channel 2. Other than that - they wont let you see them - took 4 months to get them to let me see the bills? Took me 4 months and 3 certified letters to get the bill - now they want me to pay extortion interest.

1 /5 Jessi Lane: Absolutely would not ever recommend them! Unfortunately myself and husband needed to file bankruptcy, we went with a chapter 13 to repay our debts. The first time we went to court with the lawyer the judge herself told us we needed to get another lawyer as our lawyer didn’t do what she needed to for our bankruptcy and it was dismissed!!!! We left the courtroom and met in a meeting room where our lawyers stated she would re-file for us at no cost, and make it right. We thought that was nice; even considering the judge herself told us to get another lawyer due to our lawyers major error! When we originally went in to re-file they had hires a new assistant Julie, she was rude as ever to us, made us feel terrible about everything, but we ventured on. Fast-forward two years and we made the decision to relocate for the first time in our lives, when my husband called to see what we needed to do to make this a smooth process Julie states to him “ you don’t need to move” well needless to say we did. My husband called again what do I need to do?!? Julie have him a website to “update” our information. My husband attempted to use this website, it’s not for us, it’s for professionals to look up bankruptcy cases. He has now called numerous times to try to clear this up, they avoid him like the plague! He has left voicemails; never gets called back. Now not only is our case going to get dismissed when we are less then a year from being done. but we received our statement from the trustee showing the law office is getting paid ALOT; when remember they are supposed to be free for messing up the original case. I have reached out to a new lawyer who pulled all the transcripts and says this is absolutely ridiculous. Not only should the original case have been easy, but us moving should not have caused all of this, he states this should have been an easy process. No big deal and shouldn’t have been our responsibility to make sure all was good! But nope not with Julie; You don’t have the right to tell people what they should and shouldn’t be doing and you should probably answer call or return them! Run far away from these people. Honest to goodness!

1 /5 Daniel Stites: Waste of money... was told that a parental rights case would be fast and easy... Janet mis represented her legal ability and charged me $2,000 for half a hour in court and was being charged $60 for a 15 minute call when I would call asking about the status of my case... never got to see my child 9 months.... horrible experience... dont waste your money or time here.
