1 /5 Rochelle Shinn: I am going through DCFS and shes not helping me at all. She never calls me back or answers when I call. She has only ask about 3 questions about my case in the very beginning that was a year ago! Shes not doing what I ask shes my public defender and I hear they are worthless and from my experience with them thats 100 percent true! She also does not let the judge know what I tell her. She has never recommended anything. The way they treat people is beyond ridiculous they need to be held accountable!!! And she has never given me her email address.
