1 /5 Jodi Brucken: my phone call was directed to this office from the Circuit Clerk, for a traffic ticket i didnt know my daughter had, whomever (not sure of her name) answered the phone in that office was the most rude, know it all person i have ever had the displeasure of speaking with, she hung up on me for asking questions about this ticket and told me not to get "arguing" with her.. Just for the record its argumentative, it would be in the best interest of the county if more educated people were answering the phones!
