First of all, he charges a fair price for his services. Secondly, his services are worth the cost. After multiple DUI arrests, David Winer represented me during a Formal Hearing with the Secretary of State. He did an excellent job representing, protecting, and supporting me during the Formal Hearing. I got my driving privileges back after just one hearing. It is nerve wrecking and stressful having to answers questions from a lawyer representing the Secretary of State as they don’t typically think you should get your driving privileges back.
