Don Server Patrick III accepted our estate probate case about half way into it. We were getting no where with our original lawyer. Nothing but runarounds and no answers or any kind of progress in regards to the settling of the estate. Within a day of hiring Patrick the fireworks began and we got things done immediately. Great communications, very proficient, aggressive yet respectful. Cant say enough good in regards to his service. Highly recommend even though hes an Illini. As a Hoosier we had to overlook some aspects of his background!!!!

Ed Smith Very knowledgeable real estate attorney However he failed on numerous occasions to return calls Emails And respond to registered letters seeking him to conclude my project I could never get am appointment with him During my conversations with him He advised me that he had bigger cases than mine and he never got to my case And never answered my question do I need to go elsewhere Just ghosted me His lack of communication and returning calls is as an attorney is potentially an ethical violation I chose not to pursue since his family and mine were friends for decades
