This spring, we bought our first house. Kathy was amazing communicating with me about the different options and answering all my questions regarding coverage and deductibles. I always felt like she was giving me information and never selling. She has always been great to work with over the phone and email. More recently Ive had the pleasure of working with Jessica. We totalled our car a few weeks back. I called the office and Jessica efficiently took care of everything for us, making sure that the essential parties contacted us quickly instead of following up ourselves. When we bought our new car, she made sure to follow up with us to make sure our coverage was active before we needed it but not any earlier to save us a few bucks. Again, very responsive over both phone and email. In general, Country took care of us from start to finish - from the generous payout to extending our rental car coverage when the salvage company took longer than expected to get things situated on their end.
