Dan Zolman Amica was a good insurance company when I first joined in 2008. Trying to communicate with this company now is impossible. The rates keep going up but the service keeps going down. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. Amica says that they send notices for discounts, but I cant remember getting any. But they have no problem raising your rate. Dont get into an accident, because they will not communicate at all! I have so much more to say but Im too angry. Go somewhere else!

The gentleman even told me to call back if I had questions the agent I get doesnt explain fully. Was super busy and still took time to be compassionate and educate me when he could have said, " good luck. Your agent will help you." When I move south I will use his agency.

Kelsey Robinson also stepped in and replied on Kyle’s behalf several times, and she was always very responsive and helpful. Even though I ultimately chose to switch providers due to a price increase (despite not having any claims), I really appreciated the service and professionalism from both Kyle and Kelsey. They were a pleasure to work with.

Cynthia McGinnis Nick has been helping me for a few years now with my health care insurance. He found me great affordable insurance and patiently helped me through the whole process! When I became eligible for Medicare he took care of most everything for me as I am technically challenged. He is always very polite and friendly and never hesitates to reach out to me to see how I am doing! These days service like this is often nonexistent.
