Johnny Pepple Jim, I just wanted to thank you for keeping me on top of things with excellent protection. You explained things in a way that was easy for me to understand. You made me aware of other benefits of Country Financial insurances roadside assistance that I had no idea existed.

Jason DePauw Phil and Kelli and the whole 210 Financial Team are wonderful to work with. They are always there when you have a question and they listen to your concerns about your retirement future. This group by far beats out any other company by always making you feel welcome and they treat you like family! They are a great bunch to work with!

Alexandra Buisson I’ve been working with Christina for many years, and up until this year, she has been truly wonderful. When she expanded her business, I was thrilled to see her thriving and continued to trust her with our taxes. Unfortunately, something changed this year, and I’m really sad to be writing this. Our scheduled Zoom meeting in late March was canceled the day of due to major software issues on their end. While we completely understood and were flexible (we agreed to proceed with a pre-recorded option instead to give her more time) that ended up being the last time we heard from Christina or her team. From that point on, we received no responses to our emails, even when we kindly asked whether we should look elsewhere for help filing this year. Phone calls went straight to voicemail, and their client portal mentioned the messaging system was down. We gave it ample time, hoping for an update, but it never came. In the end, we had to file our taxes ourselves at the last minute, still with no word from Christina. After so many years of great service, we’re extremely disappointed in how things were handled this time. The complete lack of communication was unprofessional and left us in a really difficult position. Sadly, we’ll be looking for a new CPA moving forward.

Rob Tinsman Affordable venue and terrific service. We recently used the Rock River Center to have a celebration of life memorial. From the first time, inquiring about the use of the facility and available dates, pricing, and what our options were – the experience was customer service at its finest. Sue is the person who helped coordinate everything and she was accommodating, polite, resourceful, and flexible. During the actual event, she helped us with audio video, room setup, utensils, and so much more. She was available for absolutely anything we could have needed. There are other places to rent space for events but for what you get, there is no better value in Oregon. A special thank you to Jamie the executive Director. She helped us with some technical things over the phone while she was driving on her personal time on a Saturday evening. Where else are you going to get that kind of service? I recommend Rock River Center for hosting your event. And that is just one of the things that this organization does. It’s a valuable resource for Ogle County and more people should know about it. Thank you Sue and Jamie!

Garry Lewis I have banked here since 1991 when it was JSB they have always been courtious and efficient. Very friendly staff. Very satisfied with this bank. Quick to respond when you need them as well. I give them 5 stars .

Andrew Duffy Chuck always goes above and beyond. You can’t find a better insurance representative. He makes policy decisions easy to understand and resolves any questions you may have instantly. He has exceeded my expectations any time I have dealt with any insurance issues. Highly recommend going with Chuck at Country Financial.
