Johari, call center rep, was very quick and courteous to help me and make a note on my account to make sure transaction was not declined. Transaction went through smoothly! Been with NuMark for over 22 years and still love their service.

Edoardo Tortoledo Worse customer service experience I’ve had, at ANY bank, Chat agent (Jenna R), not sure if she was inexperienced or if that’s a protocol but absolutely no help, i clearly had mentioned that I couldn’t make a payment thru the phone and she tells me to “call” goes to give me the number and the a “pre made response” when that’s precisely why I opened the chat, to get someone to help, i explained to her again, just to received a very similar response, I previously had Bank of the West, which we know was taken over, and it was by far a much better bank. After having 15 different accounts at other banks, I never came across such terrible lack of customer service support.

Robert Athen Chris is a great representative, very nice and good to work with. He answered my questions and went over my home and vehicle coverages and explained them very well.
