She is quick to respond and does everything she can to make the process of buying/refinancing as smooth as possible. We did most of our refinance electronically, which can feel impersonal and like youre doing it alone but Julie was in constant contact with us checking in to make sure we knew we werent alone and to resolve any issues or questions we had quickly.
