Yogesh Chauhan I worked with Kyle at Horace Mann and had a really positive experience—he was great to work with. Kelsey Robinson also stepped in and replied on Kyle’s behalf several times, and she was always very responsive and helpful. Even though I ultimately chose to switch providers due to a price increase (despite not having any claims), I really appreciated the service and professionalism from both Kyle and Kelsey. They were a pleasure to work with.

Barbara Medieros If I could give less than 1 star I would. My husband had insurance with this company for 20 years and paid faithfully without missing a payment. All of a sudden they started withdrawing $613.87 per month out of the account instead of $61.51 per month. When we realized it after several months we contacted Re-Assure America only to be told they insurance term had expired & that was our new premium. They never contacted us or informed us of any change in the premium or the expiration date of the policy. We never gave authorization for any amount other than the $61.51 to be deducted from our account. They are now refusing to refund the money taken out of our account illegally. I will be contacting the State Regulatory Board and an attorney for compensation.

Lisa Smith An unprofessional office. They will miss inform you and withhold from correcting their mistake. It will cost you money! they function on “hear say” without knowing the facts. Be careful as gossip may generate from this office - such a “small town” mentality. Think twice before doing business with them.

Laurie Nyberg Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to be dropped from my State Farm policy. Which was fairly upsetting because I had been w customer with State Farm for a long time. But I was dropped from my home owners policy which was out of the agents control completely. This was quite upsetting but the agent did reach out to me and did his best to make sure the transom was as smooth as possible. I realize now he was just doing everything in his control to make the situation as smooth as possible even though he’s not in control as to who and when the customer may get dropped from their policy.

Joshua Wood Dan and Angela are great to work with, they are very trustworthy, I’ve had their insurance for several years and they have consistently beat other prices along with excellent and quick care in a time of need. 100% recommend for all of your insurance needs.
