5 /5 Amie Ellis: I just want to say how wonderful this office has been. My husband and I are long term customers. I should have wrote this review almost 9 years ago. After we had a VERY unique accident at my house that was traumatizing John and his office staff were amazing and made me feel at ease. They went above and beyond for my family. I will always be grateful and tell everyone I know about this office.

5 /5 Casey Keeley: We have been with John for over 10 years. We have our homeowners, auto, atv all our insurance with John. Just recently we were getting near the end of our mortgage refinance and the bank called me and told me that we needed to make changes to our homeowners policy and the coverage amount. Well I am not familiar with the way insurance works and what the bank was asking of us, so I called Johns office and spoke to Michelle, who is fantastic, and explained to her what was going on and what the bank was requesting, she then contacted John and he was happy to contact the bank on our behalf . He was able to rectify the situation and we were able to close on time. We appreciate all of Johns knowledge, professionalism and expertise he has in regards to our issue with the bank, because even the loan officer was unware of it. I would highly recommend John and his company to anyone!

5 /5 Jonathan Jones: John and his staff are the best. Professional, courteous, friendly, caring, responsive and empathetic are only a few words to describe all of them. Jen, Michelle and Calley are wonderful to work with. I have all my family’s policies with them form Home, Auto, Life and Umbrella not to mention our Business polices. Just this morning I had to get some info for an update and John, the agent himself answered the call and my questions! When was the last time you had an agent who answered the phone? I highly recommend John and his staff.

John and Ryan have provided me with outstanding service always returning my calls promptly, answering all my questions and resolving issues to my satisfaction. I check their prices from time to time and they are always among the most reasonable, that coupled with their outstanding service is why theyve earned my business.

2 /5 Jeff Schmeckpeper: I have Homeowners, auto and umbrella insurance with American Family. The rates just keep going up and up with every bill I receive. Ive been with them for > 18 years with no claims. In the last year everyone in my neighborhood is having roofs replaced for hail damage covered by insurance. I filed my first claim ever for hail damage and was denied. Apparently the hail that came through our neighborhood miraculously avoided my house.
