1 /5 John Okeefe: Used in the past and my old review has seemed to vanished. Joe is beyond rude. He does not care about his customers. Allstate should really drop him. He is rude to his staff as well. There are several reviews that back this opinion. After corporate informed Mr. Ricker not to contact me he would still try. He is the reason I will never use Allstate for anything again.

1 /5 Christian: Ive had a few interactions with Joe and all of them have been negative. Joe is very rude and doesnt care about his customers. Update: I would make my review 0 stars if I could. I called Joe to verify the refund amount for my cancellation and this call was way worse than my last. First Joe asks "Did you leave me a negative review online? I responded that I dont see how that is relevant to my call. Joe then starts ranting to me about how I am badmouthing him online after all that hes done for me with trying to help my on my rates. First of all, this is like the 2nd or 3rd call Ive had with Joe and Ive never once called him to complain about my rates. So Joe is so bad at his job he doesnt even know what customer hes speaking to. Then when I pointed out that my negative review of Joe was because of his poor attitude and way of talking to customers just like he is doing now, he told me "You cancelled your policy so youre not my customer anymore. Go ahead and call corporate to answer your question." Then proceeds to continue yelling at me about how I bad mouthed him online and how hes done so much for me and tried to get me to stay with Allstate?? I told Joe to check his attitude and he hung up the phone on me. Ill be calling corporate do to more than just get my question answered Joe.

1 /5 Mike A: Wow the reviews are not kidding. Tried to call and get some help/ information and he Joe was beyond rude. Barked at me and rushed me off the phone because he had someone on hold. Why not just put me on hold OR tell me politely that he will get back to me? Just for that alone I would highly recommend you not do business with this person.

5 /5 Simon Chan: Great service, spent time working with me to lower the cost of my auto insurance with my new teenager add on. Been with Joe at All state for 15+ years. Great to have Joe at my side.
