It only took me about 40 minutes to compare prices, make insurance plans, choose the contract and payment method, etc. As a new immigrant who just moved from another state with poor English, I did not understand several insurance terms, so Sonya explained to me very patiently and put forward very professional and reasonable suggestions on several key insurance terms. Finally, the price of the vehicle insurance contract signed by Sonya was much cheaper than the vehicle insurance I bought last time. That day, even though it was raining outside and a little chilly in spring, Sonyas service made me feel warm. In addition, Sonya also helped me contact the insurance company the next day to call for follow-up matters. For this, I am very, very happy with the experience and thank you Sonya! And would like to recommend Allstates Sonya to other friends!

3 /5 Linnea Simmonds: My local firm has been wonderful. But recently (5 months) i filed a claim. Claim is still opened with no resolution. Months back i did have to contact my local office to assist me under this claim and were extremely helpful. But i did learn they cannot assist in much more then customer service. Bottom line allstate sells products they do not fulfill. Inspections are far and few in between with much contrast in results. Bottom line i feel this company has failed me. Good luck
