She explains things so you have a full understanding of what is going on with your coverage. She is extremely dependable when it comes to returning phone calls and emails. She understands the ups and downs of life and does whatever possible to make every transaction as smooth as possible. She is a huge asset to Allstate.

After he passed away, they gave me clear and concise information about his policies, and they assisted me with monthly payment plans so I could easily maintain policies until his vehicle and house were sold. 1 /5 Brian Lewis: Had (key word) Allstate for a few years, never had a claim. Rates have almost doubled (wth) $2000 a year for 2 cars my wife and I are in our 40s no accidents or tickets unreal, home insurance has gone up $700 over 2 years for a 5 year old house. I dont know if the rates are a reflection of your office or Allstates poor performance in the market over the last year. Regardless, what a joke. I shopped around and have better coverage on my home and cars and saved $1000 alone on my vehicles and $500 on my house. Unreal.....

1 /5 Philip Zeilinger Jr.: I am definitely not in good hands with these crooks. My insurance clearly states that ice dams are covered. Recently had an ice dam last winter & ruined the inside ceiling of my house & rotted the wood & there is black mold covering my ceiling insulation under the shingles. Long story short I filed a claim, they sent a guy out who didnt even work for Allstate to take pictures. He forwarded them onto an adjuster. Got a call from the adjuster talking about the windows & gutters not being covered. I I had to explain to him what the claim was for, for him to say "unfortunately since there is no damage to the shingles that it will not be covered." The damage is under the shingles & the ceiling of my house cause of water getting under the shingles. I have reached out via phone, email, reviews and have not heard a peep back from anyone. If you look up insurance companies that do not cover what they say, Allstate is number one. Definitely do not recommend doing business with them.
