We had a fire last fall and Jeremy worked directly with us to navigate the claims process and ensure we were properly taken care of. He went out of his way at every turn and out claim was paid out quickly. We didn’t know what to expect - it being our first house fire, and all - but Jeremy and State Farm exceeded all expectations! I highly recommend JZSF!

He was very informative and gave me all my options so i can make an informed decision. After starting it , he also walked me throughout the entire process and gave me updates as needed. what else can anyone ask for, exceptional services, trusted advisors, and doing business with them is easy. I would highly recommend anyone to this agency !

1 /5 Tadas Dunca: Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with Jeremy as our agent. We are having issues with our mortgage bank now, due to this office cancelling our policy per our request, but 3 days earlier than requested. Only time we were able to talk to the agent is when they required a payment, but when we needed assistance with advice, nonresponse to left voicemails or emails. When policy was due to expire, tried to negotiate the price but was given pretty arrogant response that their prices are the way they are, take it or leave. So of course we left to another company with half the premium.

This office has so far supported three generations of our growing and evolving family needs, making those really nerve-wracking times of our life, like a fender bender, a new car purchase, or teen driver situation, run smoothly from an insurance angle.
