Julie Sullivan We were recommended to Duriah Delps State Farm office by a family member 5 years ago. Their outstanding customer service, knowledge of their policies and best price won our business. We recently experienced a total loss to our 2024 vehicle due to a collision. I called Duriahs office from the accident scene and they immediately started the claim process for us. This was our only vehicle and their quick response allowed us to get a rental vehicle right away. We are now 2 weeks from the accident and our claim is settled, to our satisfaction, and we were able to purchase our new replacement vehicle yesterday. The entire process, from the first phone call through the entire claim process was handled in a very professional caring manner and helped to alleviate the stress of this incident. Jessica symons Leah has been my insurance rep for 7 years now. When I say she is amazing, thats an understatement. No matter what my needs are, she is right there to help me. I just recently went through a car shopping/buying experience. She never got annoyed with the many quotes I asked her for on different vehicles. Or when I had her add a new vehicle & a week later she had to adjust my policy yet again because I sold my old one. A simple email and done! I felt so bad having her jump through all these hoops but she never seemed to mind once. Thank you Leah for making my experience a little less stressful.
