K Ive been using Jimi as my agent for a little over a year and a half. I have multiple policies with country financial and am very pleased with the service Jimi and his company have provided. One day last year we had a bad wind storm blow through that took down trees, limbs and so on. That morning I saw Jimi out in the community checking on his clients damages and doing everything he could to make sure his clients were taken care of. Charlotte Bailey I have tried to speak to them about a refrigerator that I purchased, that was damaged badly by the delivery services whom are insured with this company. I have yet to hear any reply. Through numerous phone calls and e-mails ,I have had no real answers or given a claim number.
