5 /5 Kimberly Guimon: I completed a quote online late last evening for multiple policies needed. This morning (less than 12 hours), I received a call following up regarding my request. Jay was AMAZING! I have a few special circumstances Im dealing with regarding getting coverage and a major issue Im dealing with, with a different company. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It was so easy to sign up, create an account and get the policy started for when I needed it for. I have been with a direct competiter of Allstate for almost 20 years, so it will be interesting to compare how each company does business...I will say that thus far I am 100% satisfied and looking forward to working with Allstate!

5 /5 Fred Davallou: I’ve been with Jay for about 10 years now, eversince my last Allstate agent retired. Never had any issues, and Jay has always been helpful and informative. It is nice to have an agent, who gets to know you, instead of having to talk to an operator, or someone different each time. Allstate is not the cheapest, but one of the best insurance companies out there.

I have been a customer for approximately 12 years now, and they have taken the time, several times, to make sure I was fully taken care of, to the best of their ability, in situations in which I needed insurance assistance. This is a type of customer service, a more personal type feel of customer service, just doesn’t seem to exist anymore nowadays. I don’t know why I haven’t written a review sooner. Actually…I don’t have patience to Write reviews for this and that… it’s just not me…but I felt their efforts warranted it. Thank you for all you do.

4 /5 Sid Gatschet: I have been with All-State nearly all my driving life and with Jay Marinos office and staff. They have been really nice and helpful in times of need. If looking for a good All-State agent and office, you cant go wrong with Jays group.
