Asher Farlow I had an overlay complicated problem they fixed in 5 minutes coming in. They explained what it was, why it was, and what do to in order to fix it. I shouldve taken my friends advice and just used these guys to file my taxes because I used another service. It wasnt the problem, Im the one who goofed on it, but they never told me. Taylorville Tax Service sat me down, I explained everything, and they corrected my mistake instantly. So now Im sitting pretty knowing I have nothing to worry about. Bogdan Matczuk From all Chase branches I’ve experienced across the US this one is the lowest grade. Staff is dry and very unhappy if you ask more than 2 questions. The only unsatisfying answers are: this is our policy or I will be happy to close your account. When last year I requested foreign currency exchange they promised me 5 days processing. It happened in 14 days after my vacation in Iceland. I had to cancel the request and lost my money on this transaction. My relatives did the same transaction in Oswego branch and money were ready next day. My recent visit with simple deposit was also no fun. Surprise of new policy. Joe We found a car in the metro area that we wanted to look at and purchase. We were on our way to Granite City and decided to make sure we would be able to come home with the car if we liked it due to no time to make another trip, Delise Thompson was the loan officer we worked with on a Saturday. She knew we were on a time crunch because the bank closes at 1pm and she made sure to work with us and the dealership to get the car secured. That meant she was working up to closing to make sure the dealership got paid and we could leave with the car. This purchase was very last minute and would not have happened as smoothly as it did if she wasn’t dedicated to making customers happy. She went above and beyond and dedicated herself from start to finish. We have several accounts and loans with SIU CU and we are very pleased and will never go anywhere else
