Drew Biondo I ran my personal insurance through online companies for many years until I opened a business and decided that I needed a local company with an actual person to contact. I couldn’t be happier that I found Schmale Agency. I have not only given them my company’s business; I have since switched all of my personal policies to them as well. Their ability to shop multiple carriers has saved me money and I really love the ability to contact my agent directly when I need a document or have a question about my policy. They are friendly, accommodating, and truly have their clients best interests in mind. I recommend Schmale to anyone who wants the best possible experience with an insurance agency.

Barbara Medieros If I could give less than 1 star I would. My husband had insurance with this company for 20 years and paid faithfully without missing a payment. All of a sudden they started withdrawing $613.87 per month out of the account instead of $61.51 per month. When we realized it after several months we contacted Re-Assure America only to be told they insurance term had expired & that was our new premium. They never contacted us or informed us of any change in the premium or the expiration date of the policy. We never gave authorization for any amount other than the $61.51 to be deducted from our account. They are now refusing to refund the money taken out of our account illegally. I will be contacting the State Regulatory Board and an attorney for compensation.

Ralph Dee Jo Excited to leave a review for State Farm with Stacy Jackson in Waterloo. I have been insured at this facility well over 10 years. Stacy and Lisa are truly incredible to work with. I had to have a windshield replaced recently, had to have vehicle towed to dealership for mechanical problems and also hit a deer with extensive vehicle damage 17 months ago. No matter why I reach out to Stacy and Lisa, they are on top of it immediately and I know my issues are resolved before I even finish the phone conversation. Car insurance needs are a game changer when you need the coverage. I have true peace of mind knowing they put me first as an insured client for all my vehicle and home needs. Jill Ludwig Belle Prairie has been Fantastic in taking care of their customers. The Insurance adjuster came out quickly to check damage They also got back with me in the time frame that they said. I have used Belle Prairie Insurance for years and they have done great!When I called the new manager got back with me personally and took the time to explain things to me, very friendly and made sure that I got the answer I needed on my claim.
