1 /5 Jeff Louis: Let me start by honestly saying I never leave bad reviews as I dont believe in it but our experience with this law firm justifies it. Our mom passed away in November and we were referred to this firm by the attorney that originally created her will. The attorney and assistant both misspelled our moms name even after being corrected multiple times, which I found disrespectful but we moved on. We had a preliminary phone conversation to discuss how the probate process would play out. At no point did we discuss a fee schedule or sign anything related to that, so it was assumed this was a complimentary phone call and we would discuss the overall fee of the case at a later point. After the phone call we were unable to get a hold of the attorney even though we reached out several times via phone and email. After three weeks I sent an email out of respect letting them know we would be finding a different attorney to work with as they had obviously not taken on the matter. Of course at this point they responded, attempting to blame us for the lack of correspondence, which is completely false. Fast forward to now and we receive a bill from the law firm... with both my moms first and last name misspelled. Disrespectful and dishonest behavior across the board during an incredibly difficult time

1 /5 JMJ H: Steer clear of this firm! Don’t use. They took my retainer after review of my case and failed to help in any manner. The communication with Eric was distant and non engaging, he was happy to accept terms and then quickly shifted hurting me as a client in many ways thereafter - his attitude towards his client was very unprofessional and he was very rude. It was the worst choice to trust them and I cannot recommend this firm for anything contract, IP, or any services in which it’s going to take diligence and effort to facilitate.
