We would definitely use Heights Finance again when looking for a future loan.

1 /5 Kaylan Rockett: Horrible loan company. They harass you and apparently don’t follow the FDCPA and make nonstop calls to your work if you’re late on a payment. When I mentioned a day I would pay, they started harassing that same day before the day was even over. NEVER AGAIN. I had a loan through security finance and never had these problems! They always worked with me and never harassed me nonstop.

When you walk in they make you feel welcome and our overall experiences have been great !! We know that any time we need a loan we can call and talk to Amanda and she is always glad to help us in any way possible.. Heights Finance is very professional about their work and we appreciate everything they do for us !!

Stephanie Skromme I have dealt with 5 banks in the past month since my dad’s passing. Heartland bank has been the worst and hardest to deal with. Every time I go in there they have to “review” documents even though I have legal signed under oath paperwork from our attorney that is needed. I understand them wanting to protect themselves but there were excessive with their requests (even our attorney agrees this was not necessary of them). I will never bank with them or recommend anyone too. Much easier and friendly banks out there.
