5 /5 Noelle Bianchi: First off, I’m not one to write reviews unless I really feel like I got the best service.In this day and age, it’s hard to find great customer service and when you do find it you need to share it. I have been looking high and low for a good insurance rate and a good agent to help me. It’s so confusing trying to navigate all of this insurance stuff and all the research and time it takes is just crazy and I don’t have that kind of time. I’m a working mother of twins and thank god I found Gina. She really helped me out, not only was she able to explain everything to me, she made me not feel stupid when I asked her a billion questions. Like I said, I’m new to this and it’s intimidating trying to figure it all out. I also didn’t want to work with an agent that was pushy or rude. Gina was very understanding and held my hand throughout the whole process. She even answered my text messages and calls after hours. I have since passed her name and info off my neighbors and friends bc they shouldn’t have to go through the trouble of finding the right rate and the right agent when I can just give them Gina’s number in less than a minute. Just call her, I feel so much better now. It’s such a relief to know I found the best person for the job.
