Joy Wellman We have been dealing with a previous State Farm office on a claim dated 5-24-24 and have made numerous calls, visits, etc to try and get it finalized. Our contractor was also involved as well as he needed to be paid. Our account was switched to a different State Farm office and thanks to Jordan and his office staff the claim was finally resolved and a successful payment was received almost one year later. Brian Grebe I had my truck in the driveway, when another truck was pulling a trailer and it came unattached. The trailer rolled up on to my driveway hitting my truck. Called Hartford to find out what I needed to do. They told me it was my responsibility to take care of everything and if I want them to help me I need to up my Insurance plan. I needed a car rental and Hartford wouldnt even help me, it was the other guy Insurance that helped me and found me a place where I can get a car. They claim they save you 200.00 to 300.00 on Insurance but that is a lie, because after I got my truck back I found a different car insurance and I pay way less with them and get more in my insurance plan.
