First Financial Bank - Champaign (IL)

1 /5 Chris Drummond: They said system is down and deposits from business not showing up at all when done before 2 including cash but they are still taking debit fractions out. They have done this before and Im fed up and taking 2 of my accounts elsewhere. This bank has serious issues with there system crashing all the time and deposits can take up to 3 days to post normally.

2 /5 FloWithThePages: I used to love this branch, but its nothing like it used to be a few years ago. The thing that pushed me to delete my 5 star review and make a 2 star one is because I called to place a travel notice and the teller told me I had to come into the branch for that. I told her I was not in the state and no branches were in the state, and she still said she could not do it. So I asked when that changed, because I just did one over the phone a few months ago, and she did not have an answer for me. Just told me I could call the customer hotline. Instead, I called a branch in Bloomington, IL (where I used to live) and they did it for me no problem. No idea why this branch in champaign would not do it, but Im very tired of them telling me they cant do hardly anything over the phone anymore.
