2 /5 Gio: Y’all’s lobby and drive thru should be the damn same for the hors you are open. My stock not a dually pickup truck doesn’t fit in the tiny drive thru. The normal person doesn’t get off in time. Twice now I’ve had to use the atm and the one time it did not work due to temperatures so I had to stand in the bitter cold wind to collect money.
Jon Delphine High fees and low interest - you are basically paying them to take your money if you invest with them. Very disappointing. I am down 11.25% on a cash deposit IRA after 5 years. Thats basically just from fees. I have not used any service since the rollover, other than today to cash-out. Shame on you Principal. You are supposed to help me acquire wealth for retirement. Not only did you not increase the dollar amount in the account - you caused it to lower. I would have been better with the money in a savings account. Your fees were significantly higher than the interest. Additionally if I look at inflation and a 10% penalty (to avoid you taking it all) - I have lost over 40% of the initial deposit in 5 years. I dont think I would use you ever again, for anything.
