1 /5 Jon Delphine: High fees and low interest - you are basically paying them to take your money if you invest with them. Very disappointing. I am down 11.25% on a cash deposit IRA after 5 years. Thats basically just from fees. I have not used any service since the rollover, other than today to cash-out. Shame on you Principal. You are supposed to help me acquire wealth for retirement. Not only did you not increase the dollar amount in the account - you caused it to lower. I would have been better with the money in a savings account. Your fees were significantly higher than the interest. Additionally if I look at inflation and a 10% penalty (to avoid you taking it all) - I have lost over 40% of the initial deposit in 5 years. I dont think I would use you ever again, for anything.
