She made this process so very easy for me it was a welcoming process. I felt no pressure and she stayed on top of things throughout the process. I couldn’t have asked for anything other than what she provided for me and this process. If anything like this should happen again (Lord forbid) I would definitely love for her to handle it. Dan Zolman Amica was a good insurance company when I first joined in 2008. Trying to communicate with this company now is impossible. The rates keep going up but the service keeps going down. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. Amica says that they send notices for discounts, but I cant remember getting any. But they have no problem raising your rate. Dont get into an accident, because they will not communicate at all! I have so much more to say but Im too angry. Go somewhere else!

Who expects any insurance premium to be less than the previous one? Way to go Amanda and State Farm!
