1 /5 Jennifer Jordan: Added: Policy was canceled office assistand did not turn in paperwork was not cancelled due to non payment. This is the first time I have ever written a negative review. But let me tell you about my experience with this agency. This agency has used ACH information that I have requested to be removed from this account 2 times. The first time was 10/28/2024 when it happened the first time I went into the office and said please remove this and put the money back into my account. They said they could not do it. I said please remove all of this banking account information you have on file for this checking account. I was told okay it has been removed and will not happen again. 02/25/2025 guess what my account is used again I called. I live paycheck to paycheck guess what overdraft fees on my checking account. I asked for the information to be removed and for the fees to be covered. I was told after a very heated conversation with Phil that he could not guarantee I ever came in the first time to have the inforamtion removed and that maybe this is Karma. He did offer to help me get my money back from the company but again his employee charged it with no verbal or written permission of the account holder and he is blaming me and wanting me to jump through hoops to get my money back. I am filing ACH fraud but he told me it would end badly for me. Not sure what else can happen and if anybody knows me they know I am not a spiteful or mean person I just think if your employee makes a mistake it is your responsibility to make things correct. I did say I hope the best for him because I want everybody to succeed and he said I was being spiteful with my words. I am writing this not to be mean to him but make people aware that the office staff needs some proper training and coaching so that misstakes like this do not happen to other people.

John Lloyd Health Alliance is the way to go.I like being able to walk in the office and talk with someone face to face.They are courteous, responsive and solution oriented. I only wish I had come to them years sooner.. my experience has been with their Medicare health advantage plan.
