Helen Lopez I went to the office to get information and/help when my vehicle was involved in an accident where I was not at fault. I didnt know where to begin since I had never had an accident before. From the moment I entered the office Natalie at the front desk greeted me and asked how she could help me. She then helped me figure out who I needed to contact, gathered all the information I needed and provided me with the exact person that I needed to talk to, phone number, extension and claim number. She was polite, patient, professional and friendly throughout the entire interaction. Natalie is a definite asset for this business. I am very happy that Natalie went above and beyond to help me. Ingram Joe I had a flat tire today! I was already down on my luck for the week and it was only Tuesday. I came rolling in with a flat tire into their parking lot and not only did he come out and offer help but he told me that I could park by the front, use his Car Jack and Tire Iron.
