1 /5 Moravec Sam (Samtrak92): I wish I could give this place a negative 5 out of 5! I am very disappointed with your customer service! You have neglected my concerns/issues with my policies so much, it’s unacceptable!
Anytime, I try to call your office with questions/concerns, no one answers the phone so I leave a voicemail, & you almost never return my calls, (only twice did I ever get a callback).
Also, you are not reliable to fix a registration problem I have had for a long time. I couldn’t get registered online to make payments & when I called Country customer service they said the Date of Birth year was incorrectly entered in the system, they told me what year was entered, I tried it & the correct year & the screen said, “We’re sorry, this person is invalid”! UNBELIEVABLE!!!
My 6 month auto policy was due for renewal & the bill said over $1,500 while the previous 6 month bill was only $945, you said this was due to a new car added while an old car was removed. This doesn’t make sense given I have ZERO tickets/accidents & never filed a claim.
I’ve decided to switch my home & auto coverage to another carrier for the exact same coverage at a MUCH LOWER price!
Warning to all those looking for home/auto insurance, stay away from this office & go to someone else.
I don’t know how this place got perfect 5 star reviews, I don’t believe any of them given the way they have mistreated me!
