Cory Little After a big mess of buying a product from a company that was not real and turned out to be a scam and seem to me that I was just out of luck, Jennifer at this bank went out of her way to make sure the problem was corrected when she actually didn’t have to. I very much appreciate the effort she put in to taking care of the problem. I have been with this bank for 33 years now. And I plan on staying many more. Lionel Watson Once again, if I was able to give zero stars, I would to the Midland Bank branch in Kankakee, Illinois located behind the library I feel I was profiled judged in so much more just because I was trying to clear out my account and withdraw my funds which was a larger amount the bank flat out told me they don’t have that amount in their bank and they tried to call another location to see if they had it this before things went bad once they called the other location. They realize that I made a similar withdrawal earlier because I was trying to close out my accounts with them because I don’t like their business and they kept refusing to give me my money asking me how why what I needed for the lady told me I just withdraw it so what do I need this much money for is by law that they ask so forth and so on I got angry. I left out of the business but returned a few minutes later spoke to another customer service rep or tell her whatever you wanna call them gave her a fresh attitude fresh everything and I asked what is the largest amount that you guys will allow me to withdraw today or is this branch is able to allow a person to withdraw she told me 3k in 20’s I said OK but I never heard of that. She replied well you just made a similar withdrawal earlier, which has nothing to do with anything so with that being said, I’ll refer or prefer no one use this bank for their business.

Samantha Cunningham This branch makes you feel amazing. They are always so helpful no matter if you go in or use drive-through. Of course I always have a question, but never afraid to ask especially when they take the time to explain things (for instance with Kara the last time I popped in.) Customer service goes a long way and these individuals fully go out of their way for clients.
