1 /5 Lionel Watson: Once again, if I was able to give zero stars, I would to the Midland Bank branch in Kankakee, Illinois located behind the library I feel I was profiled judged in so much more just because I was trying to clear out my account and withdraw my funds which was a larger amount the bank flat out told me they don’t have that amount in their bank and they tried to call another location to see if they had it this before things went bad once they called the other location. They realize that I made a similar withdrawal earlier because I was trying to close out my accounts with them because I don’t like their business and they kept refusing to give me my money asking me how why what I needed for the lady told me I just withdraw it so what do I need this much money for is by law that they ask so forth and so on I got angry. I left out of the business but returned a few minutes later spoke to another customer service rep or tell her whatever you wanna call them gave her a fresh attitude fresh everything and I asked what is the largest amount that you guys will allow me to withdraw today or is this branch is able to allow a person to withdraw she told me 3k in 20’s I said OK but I never heard of that. She replied well you just made a similar withdrawal earlier, which has nothing to do with anything so with that being said, I’ll refer or prefer no one use this bank for their business.

1 /5 Antonio El Don Martinez: Called about an unauthorized charge that was pending on my account and was literally told to contact the party who the money is being sent to. Dont put your money here, this bank is a joke and the staff arent too bright either.

1 /5 Missy Novelli: Assist manager Jenny can not do her job, its such a shame that a bank can not give change properly. Counting to 100 should be a qualification for this job. Discriminating against people and refusing service is unethical. This is the america we live in cant get change at a bank despicable. Went a block over to PNC BANK NO ISSUES quick easy service. Midland bank needs a state audit. Dont go here unless you want to be refused service and have your money held in a dishonorable company that Discriminates on a regular basis. DO NOT GO HERE

1 /5 Greg M: I loved this bank and the people that work here are amazing. BUT, I had my identity stolen and all my money taken out of my account. I worked with Midland to get my card canceled and they assured me it was over. The next day more money was taken out, they told me it chargers that havent shown yet and it was over. Then two days later my next paycheck was starting to be taken out of my account. If I knew this was going to continue I wouldnt have deposited my check. You guys handle this for a living, why could I get better advice from you or just stop giving them my money all together. I dont feel safer with Midland, and Ill change this message if things get better.
