I am both impressed and in debt with Diana because one, she works quick and she is very knowledgeable in her line of work. Two, when we recently had a financial problem regarding paying our insurance on time, she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure we could work directly with the underwriter. She worked it out so we would not have our insurance cancelled indefinitely and so they could reinstate it quickly, even without full payment.
