1 /5 Anna Williams: Worst bank ever. My husband and I have NEVER had so many problems with a company before. Constantly shutting off our cards without permission. Constantly freezing our cards because we spent $20.00 at a gas station because they think “fraud” but when someone steals our card information and spends $2K they think it’s fine. Spending hours on the phone to unfreeze our cards. After so many years of dealing with CEFCU and the online service people who can never seem to help us with anything, finally we will be getting peace because we are finding a different bank. It’s been nothing but problems since day one (15 years) and finally I am putting my foot down and saying I’ve had enough problems, headaches and worrying about our information getting stolen. I’ve tried to just deal with it. But not anymore, I would highly NOT recommend CEFCU. It’s Saturday and my card is now frozen. I have no way of getting ahold of anyone until MONDAY. So it looks like my family and I will have to cancel our trip because there’s no way to use our cards. Thanks CEFCU! -10000/10
