Their online banking website barely works half the time for me. Problems I never experience when it was Soy Capital. Another edit 02/04/23; I have since removed my funds and transferred to Staley Credit Union. I had applied here for an auto loan of less than $30k, and despite my 7 year history with Soy/First Mid, excellent credit score for my age, and ZERO missed credit card payments for the entirety of having my credit card, I was declined. Loyalty doesnt seem to mean anything to them. Went to SCU and walked out within an hour with a check for my truck.
