1 /5 Martin 007: Jeffrey was my agent for almost 15 years. Unfortunately this past month i tried to get ahold of him directly a few times to go over my renewal and coverage questions before i proceeded with the cancelation. Unfortunately neither he or his staff answered to my requested phone calls. Seems like his business etiquette has changed from when we first started. To this day im still waiting for a call back from Jeffrey. Ive canceled my policies and moved on to a different insurer. If you want a cheap policy with the incorrect coverages and lack of claims response then choose Allstate.

They call me to discuss my renewal and Jennifer helped me personally get all of the discounts applied to my policy saving me the most. I truly felt like Jennifer was my family and had my best interest at heart. Thank you so much because that is hard to find these days. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to be in "Good Hands" to call Jennifer and Jeff.

Just today, had a few questions related to damages from a deer accident. He assisted with opening the claim, was quick with actions needed, and very friendly. Top notch! Had all the info I needed within minutes and was underway before I left his office.
