We really appreciate the way they handled a fire at our residence a couple years ago even though we had been with them a short time. In the aftermath of that fire everything was taken care of to our satisfaction including a hotel stay and repairs at our house. I did not want to have a big claim like that so soon but Allstate really lived up to their slogan. We were "In Good Hands"
