1 /5 Dorothy Robinson: Was completely scammed by this company and now I’m being ignored. Got a call about a month ago at 7pm from Steven Rioiell. He didn’t consider my estimate and told me he can do whatever he wants with the numbers on a recorded line. Even left a voicemail stating that “he doubts I own the car” which was very discriminatory. I actually do own the car. Since then I’ve been denied contact with corporate or anyone higher as the local office ignores there’s even an issue. I wouldn’t let these people insure my dead squirrel. You will be paying for nothing but bad customer service and pre recorded phone calls.

The car insurance that I had had almost doubled for 3 months so wanted to look for new when Gina came to the rescue. She came up with a plan that offered the same deductions and a better rate. My daughter was so impressed she also moved her car insurance over to State Farm. Gina has been awesome and very informative and has done a lot of calculating trying to find me the better deal. I even went a step further and added my home. Gina has been a real gem.
