Jennifer was exactly the lawyer I needed for my case. From start to finish her office walked me through everything I needed to know. She was there for me in times of turmoil and treated me like I needed to be treated. She was aggressive in court which is why I hired her. Her background in trials is what helped me immensely. Erma Ofreneo My home was being affected by mine subsidence and experiencing significant damage. I had been submitting claims with my insurance provider throughout a span of several years to at least have the damage assessed and have a fair determination of whether it was caused by mine subsidence. The insurance provider ignored my claims, did not take them seriously, and the assistance I was provided was lackluster. I sought the help of Marty Haxel and his firm for help on how to handle this matter. He went above and beyond with his service. He helped me navigate the process of obtaining proof from certified professionals, which included a geologist and structural engineer, to correctly attribute the damage to mine subsidence. He guided me on how to overcome the bureaucratic obstructions created by the insurance provider and force them to review my case properly. In the end, his expertise and care helped me reach a settlement with my insurance provider that I was satisfied with. He always made himself available when I had questions. His answers and explanations were concise and thoughtful. A problem that seemed impossible and unfair was made manageable and much easier to deal with.
