Jessica Bridges Julie has been amazing since the beginning. She told me exactly what I needed, so there weren’t any surprises. The closing process was simple and I literally didn’t have any problems. If I ever needed anything, I could email, Fb message or text her and she got back with me within the hour (usually within minutes.) This is my first home purchase, so I don’t have anything to compare it to, but I have friends that are going through the same process and their’s have not been as easy.

Bogdan Matczuk From all Chase branches I’ve experienced across the US this one is the lowest grade. Staff is dry and very unhappy if you ask more than 2 questions. The only unsatisfying answers are: this is our policy or I will be happy to close your account. When last year I requested foreign currency exchange they promised me 5 days processing. It happened in 14 days after my vacation in Iceland. I had to cancel the request and lost my money on this transaction. My relatives did the same transaction in Oswego branch and money were ready next day. My recent visit with simple deposit was also no fun. Surprise of new policy. Jeremy Shaw I called heights in April and Stacy Wallace answered the phone. I set a time and day to go in and speak with her. She was very professional and helpful also extremely nice and walked me thru the whole process of the loan and was able to get me the money I need to pay off some bills. I have told a few people about how great she was and how great heights is. They will help you even with not so perfect credit.
