Jane Baker I have at least a regular annual meeting with Alec. He is always available by phone or email for any questions/concerns. He has helped me update my property insurance coverage and take out a comprehensive policy. Most recently I had been thinking about getting life insurance. Larissa Lopez Overall Ive had good and bad experiences with Us Bank. However the Dixon IL branch, specifically Nicole (banker), have changed my experiences for the better. I received wonderful customer service from her. I feel respected and valued as a person when I go here or call, and theyve been incredibly helpful with any issue Ive had. geekgurl2000 Well, its never a good time when one has to visit pantries, but they had an orderly, efficient system and were able to provide items i can microwave heat. The staff were friendly and kind.
