1 /5 ali jones: My husband and I have had nothing but problems with this bank. His debit card gets denied constantly even though when he checks his account there’s a significant positive balance. He’s called in to confirm and sure enough there’s money in his account, but it cannot be used. No one seems to know why this is happening and I’m completely fed up with this bank. We will be switching banks ASAP.

1 /5 primal Plow: Somewhat decent people that work there get the cold shoulder most of the time .. ask about their mobile app and they explained I had to fill out a application and will take a couple days and will have to be approved.. absolutely ridiculous no bank I have ever dealed with make you fill out a application and someone approve it for you to monitor your account and money .. will be going with someone else once my checks clear main reason I am leaving is cause of what I just stated

1 /5 Lynnette Reitz: The only reason I gave them 1 star is Coral!!! She is the only professional business person in the building excluding tellers! They only became real time live 2019 and still think they can do whatever they want regardless of right and wrong morally and legally!!!! I’m publicly accusing them of racial and financial profiling! They have assumed incorrectly regarding this middle class minority! You do not need money to have class or morals or boundaries! I can’t wait to show them how classy I am!!!!!
