5 /5 Garry Lewis: I have banked here since 1991 when it was JSB they have always been courtious and efficient. Very friendly staff. Very satisfied with this bank. Quick to respond when you need them as well. I give them 5 stars .

1 /5 Lex: The lady I spoke to that was supposed to wave a fee for me was RUDE. She is so miserable in this position and takes it out on others. I called because I have overdraft protection and something still went through on my account. I kept asking how this was possible and she would say “Ill wave it this one time but im not doing it every month”. She Just cut me off MULTIPLE TIMES. The last time ive asked for help with something like this was well over 3 years ago. What a disgusting human being… someone needs to reevaluate her position immediately.

1 /5 David Herron: I will no longer do business with this bank. Worst banking experience ever. And now they have updated online banking and we cant even get the banking app to work, So now its find an ATM or drive to the bank. Thanks for nothing CNB, Just couldnt leave a good thing alone.
