1 /5 adam zach: I was a West Suburban customer for over 15 years before they merged with Old 2nd. At least WSB cared for their customers. I had 1 charge dispute in 15 years with WSB. They took the time to hear my dispute, took less than 24hrs to award my money back for services not rendered. In the 3 years I was with O2B, i had 2 disputes, neither were heard. 1 for an online purchase where the purchase was never delivered. Was told to.make a claim through the app. Made a claim for 6 straight weeks never getting a response. The other was when we moved and got scammed out of over 10k by the moving company. Again, O2B made all the notations, was told to contact them when furniture was delivered and to provide all documentation so they could dispute the charges. Once documents were provided, never heard from them again. Tried calling and left VMs, but no response. They even held up a deposit for 3 days into our new bank in Florida after the O2B agent told us to use our O2B checks to make the deposit.
