I have used Belle Prairie Insurance for years and they have done great!When I called the new manager got back with me personally and took the time to explain things to me, very friendly and made sure that I got the answer I needed on my claim. I give them 5 stars!!

In addition, they should set clear follow up deadlines and expectations without their clients having to ask them to do so? It is never okay to ignore or purposefully not reply / respond to questions your customer has raised. Your silence sends a message.
