2 /5 Curt Stowe: I used Brian several times. The first couple of cases went well, then I lost three weeks of time in getting my tenant out due to him not responding. I unfortunately gave Brian another chance and in this case I also lost several weeks trying to get him to respond to file my case, then he told me I had to get docs notarized which I was never required to do before. I dont know if he was intentionally trying to give me the run around or what but I did not have to do this with the him previously or the lawyer I used to replace him. He tried to tell me the failed responses were due to office staff changes, which maybe that was part of it, but I emailed him directly and he failed to respond. His prior office staff wasnt any better. In another instance I had to dispute a charge to get a refund even after I was told they would refund my card. They didnt and I had to go thru the run around with my cc to get the refund.
